Overview

The Eaton 9PX1500RT-L is a rack/tower online double-conversion uninterruptible power supply (UPS) designed to provide conditioned AC power and battery backup for critical 120 V infrastructure loads. It is deployed by data center engineers, network architects, and facilities teams to protect key IT equipment × such as servers, storage systems, network switches, and firewalls × from utility power disturbances including brownouts, surges, and complete power loss. The online double-conversion topology actively regenerates output voltage and frequency, isolating connected loads from mains fluctuations and delivering a true sine-wave supply.

This UPS delivers 1500 VA / 1350 W output with a 0.9 power factor and tight ±1 % steady-state voltage regulation, ensuring stable power for sensitive rack equipment. The unit supports optional Extended Battery Modules (EBMs) to increase runtime for prolonged outages or to bridge to standby generator engagement.
