Overview

The Ubiquiti UA‑G3‑W is a PoE‑powered access reader for UniFi Access systems used to authenticate NFC cards and Bluetooth mobile credentials at secured doorways. It mounts on a standard electrical wall box and connects via a single Ethernet cable carrying both network and power. The reader’s RGB status ring provides visual feedback of credential reads and system state. It integrates with UniFi Access controllers and software for centralized configuration and event logging in commercial and enterprise access control deployments.
