Overview
The Ubiquiti UP-AlarmHub-Kit is a UniFi Protect alarm control hub designed for hardwired intrusion sensors. It provides 32 alarm sensor inputs plus one emergency input, with PoE++ or PoE+++ power and support for a 12V SLA backup battery.
Hardwired Alarm Inputs
The hub provides 32 inputs for alarm sensors and one dedicated emergency input. The alarm sensor inputs support end-of-line resistors from 1–5.6kΩ, with a 1kΩ resistor specified by Ubiquiti as included.
Power and Connectivity
UP-AlarmHub-Kit accepts PoE++ or PoE+++ through its RJ45 PoE input. The PoE interface supports 54V DC with 60W/90W input capability, while a PoE+ output provides 54V DC at up to 30W. A 12V SLA backup battery can also be used, with battery charging specified at 12V and 0.3A.
Relay and Auxiliary Outputs
Two configurable wet/dry relay outputs are provided. In wet mode, the relays support 12V DC at 1A; in dry mode, they support 30V DC at 1A. Auxiliary power is available for sensors through six 12V DC, 1A outputs arranged as three on the right side and three on the left side.
