Overview

The HPE Q7F11A is a QSFP+ transceiver module designed for 40 Gigabit Ethernet over multimode fiber. It uses 850 nm optics and supports link distances up to ~100 m on OM3 fiber and more on OM4, enabling high-density, high-throughput connections in data-center and HPC environments. The module is hot-pluggable, supports digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM), and is compatible with HPE M-Series switches and other standard QSFP+ ports.
