The HPEP9H29A B-Series SFP+ transceiver is a certified 32 Gb Fibre Channel Long-Wave (LW) module designed for high-speed SAN links. Operating at 1310 nm over single-mode fiber, it supports 32 Gb/s FC speeds and is backward-compatible with 16 Gb and 8 Gb FC ratings. Featuring a duplex LC connector and long-wave DFB laser, the module reliably extends Fibre Channel SAN connections up to 10 km×ideal for inter-site SANs, campus-level storage fabrics, or enterprise edge-to-core SAN links. With built-in Digital Diagnostics Monitoring (DDM/DOM), administrators gain real-time visibility into optical power, temperature, voltage, and other link health metrics. As an HPEOEM-certified module, it delivers guaranteed compatibility with HPE B-series switches, HBAs, and storage platforms.
