Overview :

The Jabra 265-09 (LINK 265) is a USB to dual Quick Disconnect (QD) training cable designed for supervised call environments such as call centers and enterprise contact centers. It enables two Jabra QD headsets to connect to a single PC, allowing a supervisor and agent to share the same call session.

This device is widely used in training and quality monitoring scenarios where real-time coaching is required. Supervisors can either listen silently or join the conversation using inline controls, improving agent performance and compliance monitoring.

It is compatible with select Jabra corded QD headsets and PC softphone systems. It is not a standard USB audio adapter and is only intended for supported Jabra training configurations.
