Overview

The Eaton SRFAN1UTEMP, from the Tripp Lite SmartRack series, is a 1U rack-mount blanking panel with integrated high-performance fans and a temperature sensor. It mounts in a standard EIA-310-E 19-inch rack and helps improve airflow through rack-mounted equipment.

The unit includes a temperature sensor capable of identifying rack hot spots up to 6 ft (1.83 m) away. An LCD panel displays rack temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius, while the integrated cooling system actively circulates air to help prevent equipment overheating.
