Overview
The HPE S0U66A is a modular line card for the Aruba CX 5420 chassis, providing 16 RJ-45 Smart-Rate ports that support 1 Gb, 2.5 Gb, and 5 Gb speeds, plus Class-6 PoE. This module is designed for access-layer environments where multi-gig speeds are needed but full 10 Gb is not, and where connected devices require moderate-to-high PoE power (e.g. modern APs, phones, high-powered IoT). It plugs into the CX 5420 chassis, running on AOS-CX, giving you full Layer-3 routing, VSX, network automation, and high availability support. The module is supported on AOS-CX from version 10.15.0001 onward.
