Overview
The Eaton SK6-6/SPIKEBAR, part of the Tripp Lite by Eaton Protect It! series, is an 8-outlet surge protector designed to safeguard computers, networking equipment, office electronics, home-theater components, and other sensitive electronic devices from power surges, spikes, and line noise.
It provides 120V AC input, eight NEMA 5-15R output receptacles, a 15A circuit breaker, and an 1080-joule AC suppression rating. The unit uses an 8 ft (2.44 m) power cord with a NEMA 5-15P input plug and supports bench or wall mounting.
The surge protector provides EMI/RFI line-noise filtering, protection-present and line-status diagnostics, and a right-angle input plug for space-conscious installations. Its maximum surge-current rating is 54,500 amps, with an UL-verified let-through rating of 400V.
