The Eaton SK5TEL-0 is a Protect It! direct plug-in surge protector designed to protect computers, networking equipment, office electronics and other sensitive devices from AC power surges, spikes and line noise. Eaton is the manufacturer, while Tripp Lite is the compatible/product brand associated with the model. Eaton identifies it as an Eaton Tripp Lite series Protect It surge protector.

The unit provides five NEMA 5-15R outlets and connects directly to a standard 120V AC wall outlet through a NEMA 5-15P input plug. It provides 1080 joules of AC surge suppression, a 15A circuit breaker, and automatic shutoff that disconnects the outlets if the protection circuit is incapacitated.

The SK5TEL-0 also provides 1-in/1-out RJ11 Tel/DSL surge protection and EMI/RFI noise filtering. Diagnostic LEDs indicate protection and grounding status.
