It is intended for organizations that need centralized backup, replication, and recovery between ReadyNAS systems across local or remote sites. NETGEAR identifies RN00RPL2-10000S as the rackmount license for legacy ReadyNAS platforms requiring the Replicate add-on.

The software provides file-based replication, centralized cloud management, scheduling, reporting, versioning, and restore capabilities. Replication can operate between ReadyNAS systems across LAN or WAN environments, supporting one-to-many and many-to-one configurations.
