LONG DESCRIPTION

The APC SMT1500C Smart-UPS is a 1500VA-class, 1440VA/1000W line-interactive tower UPS designed to provide reliable backup power and power protection for critical IT and electronic equipment.

The SMT1500C operates with 120V AC input and output and provides eight NEMA 5-15R outlets. Its line-interactive topology includes Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to help correct certain utility-voltage fluctuations without unnecessarily relying on battery power.

During battery operation, the UPS provides pure sine wave output. The unit also includes APC SmartConnect connectivity for cloud-based remote power monitoring, along with USB and serial communication interfaces for compatible UPS management and graceful shutdown applications.

The tower-form-factor SMT1500C is suited to compatible servers, storage systems, network equipment, business VoIP systems, desktops, workstations, and retail POS environments. Actual runtime depends on the connected load and operating conditions.
