Overview :

The APC SMX1500RMI2U is a line-interactive UPS used by data center, server room, and edge site operators to sustain critical AC loads during power disturbances. It delivers 1500 VA / 1200 W of backup and conditioning capacity to connected devices. The chassis supports either rack-mount or tower orientation, fitting 2U space in network racks or small enclosures. It integrates with APC’s management ecosystem (SmartSlot) for remote monitoring or extended-runtime modules.
