Eaton SRCASE2U Tripp Lite Series 2U ABS Shipping Case
Overview
The Eaton SRCASE2U is a robust 2U ABS server rack equipment shipping case engineered for the secure transport of sensitive IT infrastructure. Designed as part of the Tripp Lite Series, this flight case accommodates EIA-standard 19-inch rack-mount equipment, making it an essential solution for organizations requiring mobile IT deployments or secure transit of valuable hardware. It provides a critical layer of protection against environmental hazards and physical impacts during movement between locations. Constructed from heavy-duty Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) plastic, the SRCASE2U safeguards components like servers, switches, patch panels, and UPS systems from moisture, dust, bumps, and jolts. Its design features four stationary mounting rails, supporting equipment up to 20.5 inches deep with a maximum load capacity of 50 pounds. This ensures that valuable devices remain stable and secure, preventing damage during transit to trade shows, temporary installations, or remote facilities. Deployment is straightforward, with built-in handles on each side facilitating easy carrying and positioning. The case comes fully assembled, featuring latching front and rear covers equipped with rubber gaskets to create a sealed environment. For added convenience, an internal zippered pouch provides storage for essential accessories or extra hardware. The stackable design of the SRCASE2U further optimizes space efficiency for organizations transporting multiple units.
