This technical coverage entitlement provides 24/5 direct access to NETGEAR technical support engineers via phone and web channels, alongside Advanced Hardware Replacement (Advanced RMA). It covers operational troubleshooting for AX1800 dual-band WiFi 6 performance, Insight Cloud management configurations, 802.3af PoE deployment, and VLAN/SSID access controls.

Deployment applies to high-density commercial environments including hospitality units, higher education campuses, branch offices, and multi-dwelling units (MDUs) running active WAX610W hardware.
