Overview :

NETGEAR SPR-XSM4316-12 is a 1-year SprintSupport recurring service for the XSM4316 managed switch. It is a support-service SKU, not the physical network switch.

SprintSupport provides technical support and Advance RMA replacement for supported NETGEAR networking products. This service is intended for deployments where ongoing manufacturer support and hardware replacement coverage are required.

The associated XSM4316 is a 16-port fully managed switch with 8 × 10G/Multi-Gig ports and 8 × 10G SFP+ ports. It supports Layer 3 routing and is designed for enterprise and Pro AV network deployments.
