NETGEAR SPR-XSM4328CV-60 is a 5-year Sprint Support contract tailored for IT network administrators and system integrators. This agreement grants direct 24/5 phone and digital ticket access to NETGEAR ProAV support engineering staff. Included Advance Hardware Replacement (Advance RMA) ensures replacement hardware is dispatched prior to returning defective units, significantly reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) for mission-critical infrastructure.

Designed for edge and core deployments, this license applies strictly to the NETGEAR M4350-24X4V (XSM4328CV) managed switch. It cannot be applied to other M4350 variants, third-party switches, or unmanaged network appliances.
