The contract covers all essential troubleshooting resources, including certified on-site repair technician dispatch, tier-one phone diagnostics, and 100% genuine Xerox parts replacement and labor.

Optimized for corporate offices and multi-branch networks, this warranty upgrade is restricted exclusively to Xerox AltaLink C8170, C8170/H, and C8170/H2 printer systems. It must be purchased and registered within the first 90 days of printer ownership. It is not compatible with other color engines such as the C8130, C8135, C8145, or C8155, nor any monochrome-only B-series AltaLink units.
