This premium service tier delivers a reliable Next Business Day (NBD) Advanced Hardware Replacement (AHR) framework. Following technical diagnostic verification and case validation by the support center, a replacement unit or hardware component is immediately expedited from a regional depot directly to the system site for delivery on the next business day. Alongside accelerated hardware recovery pathways, the Premier subscription activates unrestricted 24x7x365 direct access to the Extreme Technical Assistance Center (GTAC) for tier-3 emergency troubleshooting and configuration diagnostics. Additionally, the plan grants comprehensive entitlement to all critical major and minor software release downloads, system feature enhancements, and immediate vulnerability hotfixes. This SKU is a core service contract prefix/authorization; it does not include onsite engineering labor, nor should it be ordered as standalone physical hardware infrastructure.
