APC AR3350 NetShelter SX 42U 750mmW 1200mmD Rack Enclosure
Overview
The APC AR3350 NetShelter SX is a robust, industry-standard rack enclosure engineered for demanding medium to high-density IT environments. This 42U server rack provides a secure and organized housing solution for critical equipment, addressing challenges of space, airflow, and cable management in modern data centers and server rooms. Its design makes it particularly well-suited for deployments involving blade servers, converged, and hyper converged infrastructure.
Featuring a generous 750mm width and 1200mm depth, the AR3350 offers significantly more room than standard racks, enabling superior cable management pathways and optimizing airflow. This extra space ensures ample clearance behind mounted devices for rack accessories and hot-swappable components, preventing interference and facilitating easier maintenance. Its thoughtful dimensions also allow the enclosure to navigate through standard doorways, simplifying deployment.
The NetShelter SX enclosure is designed for versatile deployment and straightforward management. It features adjustable mounting rails with captive hardware for quick setup, along with pre-installed casters and adjustable leveling feet for flexible positioning. Integrated rear accessory channels provide toolless mounting locations for power distribution units (PDUs) and vertical cable organizers, streamlining accessory installation and overall infrastructure management.
