Overview

The SonicWall 03-SSC-2978 is a high-performance, rack-mount NGFW (next-generation firewall) based on the NSa 3700 platform (Gen 7), bundled with a 3-year Advanced Protection package plus 1-year Cloud Secure Edge. This model is built to secure enterprise-perimeter, data centers, or high-throughput branch environments. It supports 24 × 1 Gb RJ-45 interfaces, plus multi-gig SFP+ slots, while delivering up to 5.5 Gb/s firewall throughput. With SonicOS 7, it offers advanced threat protection (IPS, sandboxing, content filtering), SSL/TLS inspection (including TLS 1.3), high session capacity, and SD-WAN features — all in a resilient 1U chassis.
