Overview

The Eaton EBP-0808 is an internal replacement battery cartridge designed for Eaton 5P series UPS systems used in rack-mounted and edge IT power protection deployments.

It is intended for restoring runtime performance in supported Eaton UPS platforms without replacing the entire UPS chassis. The cartridge is commonly deployed in data centers, network closets, telecom racks, healthcare systems, and branch infrastructure environments requiring uninterrupted backup power continuity.

The unit uses sealed lead-acid (SLA) battery technology and ships pre-wired for direct installation into compatible Eaton UPS systems. Hot-swappable support enables battery replacement without shutting down protected equipment, minimizing maintenance-related downtime.

The EBP-0808 is specifically validated for Eaton 5P750R and 5P850GR UPS models and should not be used in unsupported UPS platforms or third-party systems.
