The Eaton SRSHELF2PUNIV is a SmartRack Universal-Mount Steel Rack Shelf designed to support non-rack-mount equipment such as wireless access points, monitors, routers, network switches, tower units and other IT equipment. Eaton identifies the product as part of the Eaton Tripp Lite series.

The shelf occupies 2U of standard rack space and features an adjustable-depth mounting design that accommodates different post depths. Its 21.7-inch-deep vented steel platform promotes airflow around installed equipment, while heavy-duty cold-rolled steel construction provides support for equipment weighing up to 100 lb. (45 kg) when mid-mounted. When installed in a front-mounted cantilever configuration, the maximum capacity is 60 lb. (27 kg).

The SRSHELF2PUNIV is designed for installation in standard 3-inch or 6-inch 2-post open-frame racks and includes the required mounting hardware. Its modular universal-mount design allows the shelf position to be adjusted to accommodate different rack post depths.
