HPE JW045A - Ceiling-Rail Mount Kit for Aruba 220 Series Access Points
Overview
The HPE JW045A is a mounting accessory designed for the Aruba 220 Series access points that need to be installed on drop-ceiling T-bar (ceiling grid) systems. It addresses the common challenge of securing an enterprise-class wireless access point in a ceiling tile environment where standard flush-mounting isn't optimal or wiring from above is constrained. Use case: you're deploying an Aruba 220 Series AP in a large open-plan office or classroom, the ceiling is a suspended grid type, and you need a reliable mount that works with the grid rails×this kit simplifies that job, keeps the AP properly aligned and supports the weight and cable routing.
Key Features
Adapter kit engineered specifically for drop-ceiling "T-bar" grid rails×makes grid-rail installations straightforward rather than improvising mounts.
Compatible with Aruba 220 Series access points, ensuring fit and alignment are matched for those models.
Durable construction, designed to support the access point and associated cabling such that the AP remains flush and stable in typical ceiling tile environments.
Compact, low-profile design means minimal visual impact in finished ceilings and supports standard office/education deployments.
