Overview

The Eaton SRW4USM is a 4U low-profile, side-mount wall rack enclosure designed for secure installation of 19-inch network and AV equipment in space-constrained IT environments. It is commonly deployed in wiring closets, retail backrooms, classrooms, and branch offices where floor space is limited and equipment needs to be protected, organized, and wall-mounted.

The enclosure uses a sideways equipment mounting design to reduce depth while maintaining full rack usability, supporting devices such as switches, patch panels, and small network appliances up to 29.4 inches deep.

Built from heavy-duty steel with a black powder-coated finish, the cabinet supports a static load capacity of up to 200 lb, making it suitable for dense edge networking installations.

The unit includes lockable doors and side panels, helping protect against unauthorized access, tampering, and accidental damage in public or shared infrastructure spaces.

Ventilation is integrated through a flow-through airflow design to help maintain stable operating temperatures for continuously running networking equipment.
