Eaton SRCOOL12KE Portable AC 13,000 BTU Server-Room Cooler

Eaton SRCOOL12KE - Portable AC Unit / IT-Grade Cooling

Overview :

The Eaton SRCOOL12KE is a portable air conditioner designed for server rooms, small data closets, or network equipment racks where conventional HVAC does not reach. It provides up to 13,000 BTU/hour (≈ 3.8 kW) ASHRAE cooling capacity to prevent overheating of critical IT infrastructure. The unit uses R32 refrigerant with lower-GWP and meets modern energy and environmental compliance standards, making it suitable as a direct replacement for older 12,000 BTU units. Its self-contained design with built-in evaporator eliminates water collection tanks or external drainage × condensate is re-evaporated automatically, requiring minimal maintenance. Mounted on casters and powered via a standard 120 V outlet, SRCOOL12KE can be placed inside rack rooms, network closets, or edge-site server rooms to deliver spot cooling where needed. The unit can direct cold air through a flexible duct or serve as general room cooling via louvered vent, offering flexibility for varied deployment environments.
