Intel BX80768265F Desktop Processor

Overview :

The Intel BX80768265F is a professional-grade, 20-core desktop processor built on the Arrow Lake architecture. System integrators, enterprise IT teams, and workstation builders deploy this SKU to handle multithreaded engineering apps, heavy computational compilation, and local AI inference modeling. Because it lacks integrated graphics (indicated by the "F" suffix), it requires a discrete graphics card, allowing builders to save on redundant silicon costs when configuring dedicated-GPU workstations.

Equipped with 8 Performance-cores and 12 Efficient-cores, this CPU outputs raw parallel computing bandwidth without a continuous thermal penalty. It features a dedicated Intel AI Boost NPU operating up to 13 TOPS to handle low-latency AI processing on-die.The architecture interfaces directly with dual-channel DDR5 memory up to 6400 MT/s and supports up to 24 total PCIe lanes across version 5.0 and 4.0.

This processor mounts into the newer FCLGA1851 socket. It targets client desktop nodes, specialized edge processing arrays, and fixed developer workstations. Do not deploy this SKU in systems that lack a discrete PCIe GPU or in older motherboards using the LGA1700 or LGA1200 hardware sockets.

Key Features :

• 20 cores and 20 threads optimize heavy concurrent compilations.

• 13 TOPS integrated NPU offloads localized AI development tasks.

• PCIe 5.0 and 4.0 support enables full-bandwidth NVMe arrays.

• Up to 256GB DDR5 capacity ensures smooth massive dataset handling.

• 65W base power rating limits system heat generation at idle.
