The Extreme Networks XN-ACPWR-600W-FB-U is an enterprise-grade, hot-swappable AC power supply module designed for high-availability mission-critical network switch chassis. Engineered specifically for infrastructure teams managing core and distribution layers, this hardware component provides reliable electrical conditioning and load-balanced redundancy. It is optimized to slide directly into dedicated power supply slots on compatible Extreme networks switches, preventing unexpected hardware disruptions and ensuring continuous operational uptime in dense enterprise data centers and corporate colocation facilities.

This internal power supply delivers up to 600 Watts of continuous power output under full system load conditions. It features a Front-to-Back (FB) cooling airflow profile, matching data center cold-aisle containment designs by pulling cooler air from the port side of the chassis and exhausting it out the rear. Built with integrated over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit structural protective engineering, it actively guards internal switch electronics against upstream grid fluctuations. Do not deploy this SKU in chassis configurations requiring back-to-front (FB-B) airflow designs or within networks running direct DC electrical distributions, as its inputs and thermal paths are built explicitly for front-to-back AC systems.
