The Eaton Tripp Lite Series RS-1215 is a 1U rack-mount power strip engineered to deliver 120V 15A AC power distribution across high-density equipment racks, server rooms, and telecommunications closets. It provides unfiltered electrical pass-through, making it suitable for distributing alternate waveform AC power directly from generator sources or UPS systems without wave-shaping interference.

Featuring 12 NEMA 5-15R receptacles distributed in a split arrangement—6 front-facing and 6 rear-facing—the unit allows streamlined cable routing for active rack gear and network peripherals. An integrated 15-foot AC power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug ensures extended reach to distant wall outlets or remote power drops.

Designed for standard 19-inch EIA rack enclosures, wall-mount brackets, or under-counter mounting using detachable mounting flanges. The unit incorporates a lighted power switch protected by a transparent snap-in guard to prevent accidental power loss, alongside a resettable 15A circuit breaker. Do NOT use in 208V/240V configurations or connect total continuous loads exceeding 1800 watts.
