The APC AP8702S-NA is a rack power cord kit consisting of six short IEC C13 to IEC C14 cables designed for secure power connections between power distribution units (PDUs) and rack-mounted IT devices. IT engineers and data center technicians deploy these kits where reliable retention of power cabling is required to prevent accidental disconnections that can interrupt critical loads.

Each cable provides a standardized IEC 60320 C14 male plug on one end and a C13 female connector on the other, enabling straightforward connection into PDUs and IT equipment that accept IEC input. The locking mechanism helps maintain contact integrity when used with compatible receptacles.

AP8702S-NA is suitable for use with APC NetShelter series Rack PDUs and any equipment rack environment that supports IEC-rated power cords. It addresses the need for secure, compact power links within dense rack deployments.
