Epson S450423 Premium Luster Photo Paper 24" x 100' Roll
Overview :
The Epson S450423 is a professional-grade, resin-coated large-format printable photo paper roll engineered for commercial print studios, portrait photographers, digital labs, and graphic arts production teams. Designed for continuous-feed print workflows, this media resolves the common problems of surface scratching, ink cockling, and reflective glare that degrade high-volume output. It is optimized for gallery exhibitions, commercial signage, high-end wedding portraiture, and photographic proofing.
The media features a specialized Luster E surface finish on a polyethylene-coated base, giving it a 260 gsm basis weight and a substantial 10 mil thickness that replicates the structural feel of traditional silver halide lab prints. This surface provides high ink absorption and an ultra-wide color gamut without producing the intense specular reflections characteristic of full-glossy stock. Its ink-retaining chemistry delivers instant-dry performance right off the printhead platen, permitting immediate handling and rolling onto mechanical take-up reels.
The S450433 substrate is specifically fine-tuned for wide-format aqueous print systems, ensuring precise dot gain and accurate color profiling when loaded with Epson UltraChrome pigment or archival dye ink arrays. It is natively compatible with professional large-format engines, including the Epson SureColor P-Series and Stylus Pro series. This roll features a standard 3-inch core diameter and is intended exclusively for aqueous inkjet printing; it must not be used with solvent, eco-solvent, or UV-curable hardware systems.
