The media features a specialized Luster E surface finish on a polyethylene-coated base, giving it a 260 gsm basis weight and a substantial 10 mil thickness that replicates the structural feel of traditional silver halide lab prints. This surface provides high ink absorption and an ultra-wide color gamut without producing the intense specular reflections characteristic of full-glossy stock. Its ink-retaining chemistry delivers instant-dry performance right off the printhead platen, permitting immediate handling and rolling onto mechanical take-up reels.

The S450433 substrate is specifically fine-tuned for wide-format aqueous print systems, ensuring precise dot gain and accurate color profiling when loaded with Epson UltraChrome pigment or archival dye ink arrays.
