Overview :
The TRENDnet TI-BE200 is a 2-Port Industrial Outdoor Gigabit PoE++ Extender designed to lengthen network and power connections in harsh environments. It addresses the common limitation of Ethernet's 100-meter distance by taking a single high-power PoE++ (90W) input and extending it for an additional 100 meters, supporting up to two downstream PoE+ devices. This capability is crucial for deployments of IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones in large outdoor areas like campuses, warehouses, or parking facilities where power sources are scarce. Engineered for reliability, this extender is enclosed in a rugged IP67-rated metal housing, providing complete protection against dust and water ingress. Its fanless design and wide operating temperature range of -40° to 75° C ensure consistent performance in extreme weather conditions. A key technical advantage is its ability to auto-detect and support various PoE standards (PoE, PoE+, and PoE++), simplifying installation and ensuring compatibility with a wide range of powered devices without needing an external power adapter.
