Overview :

The Eaton TPC2105-1 is a heavy-duty single-phase basic power distribution unit (ePDU) built to deliver clean, unmetered AC branch power inside server cabinets and network enclosures. It is engineered for data center engineers and IT facilities managers who require high-density outlet counts from a ruggedized, software-free device. By stripping away processing modules and network cards, this unit eliminates network-based single points of failure, ensuring uncompromised power continuity for active rack payloads.

Operating at a maximum load capacity of 3.33 kW with a 24 A current rating, the unit handles input voltages ranging flexibly from 110–125 V AC up to 208–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz. The electrical input architecture is designed for hardwired integration, utilizing a 3-position terminal block connection with high-voltage covers and strain relief mechanism instead of a standard molded plug wrapper. Output power distribution features 16 standard IEC 60320 C13 outlets divided strategically into dual branch circuits, with 4 receptacles accessible on the front panel and 12 positioned on the rear panel.

This 1U horizontal rack PDU features detachable mounting brackets that facilitate seamless integration into standard 19-inch equipment racks, including front-flush, front-recessed, center-mount, or rear-flush positioning options. It is explicitly suited for supplying power to blade servers, network switches, and peripheral IT storage modules with standard C14 links. Do NOT deploy this hardware in installations requiring remote outlet-level monitoring, IP-addressable power cycling, or where live amperage monitoring at the rack face is legally or architecturally mandated.
