Eaton PDU3MV6H50A Tripp Lite 14.4kW 3-Phase Metered PDU
Overview :
The Eaton PDU3MV6H50A is a robust, 0U vertical rackmount Power Distribution Unit (PDU) engineered to deliver reliable three-phase power to demanding IT environments. This metered PDU is specifically designed for data centers, server rooms, and network closets requiring efficient power distribution and real-time load monitoring. It addresses the critical need for balanced power delivery and helps prevent costly downtime by enabling proactive management of connected equipment. This PDU delivers 14.4kW of power via a comprehensive array of 45 outlets, including 36 IEC-320 C13, 6 IEC-320 C19, and 3 NEMA L6-30R connections. Its 208V three-phase input is secured by a Hubbell CS8365C 50A twist-lock plug, ensuring a secure connection to the power source. Integrated digital meters provide continuous, local reporting of current levels for each of the three output phases, allowing administrators to maintain proper load balance and avoid circuit overloads efficiently. Designed for optimal space utilization, the PDU3MV6H50A mounts vertically in a 0U rack space, minimizing cable clutter and promoting better airflow within the rack enclosure. Installation is versatile, supporting toolless button-mount or bracket-based vertical deployment in compatible rack systems. This flexible form factor makes it an ideal solution for high-density applications where space is at a premium and efficient power management is crucial for operational continuity.
