Overview

The Eaton PDUMV30HVNETLX is a switched rack power distribution unit (PDU) designed for high‑density single‑phase 208/230 V AC IT deployments. It is deployed by data center infrastructure, network engineering, and facilities teams that require remote outlet control and networked management of rack power feeds for servers, storage, and networking devices. This is not a UPS — it distributes AC power while enabling per‑outlet switching and monitored load segmentation.

This PDU’s vertical 0U form factor mounts alongside the rack frame, conserving usable rack units for IT equipment. Powered from a NEMA L6‑30P input and rated at 24 A (5.5 kW @ 230 V, 5.0 kW @ 208 V), it delivers (20) IEC C13 and (4) IEC C19 outlets with individually switchable circuits via its LX Platform interface.

The integrated LX Platform network interface provides remote access through an HTML5 web UI and supports standard protocols (HTTP/S, SNMPv1‑v3, SSH, Telnet, etc.) for monitoring, switching, and alerting via existing management networks. A digital ammeter offers load visibility across output banks to maintain balanced loading and avoid overloads.

This PDU fits in standard data closets, colocation racks, and enterprise cabinets where remote power sequencing and controlled rebooting are required.
