Overview

The Eaton EVMA1530X is a full-featured 3-phase managed rack PDU engineered for high-density data-centre racks and distributed IT deployments. It supports 208 V nominal (three-phase) input through a NEMA L15-30P plug and delivers up to 8.6 kW of output power (≈ 24 A per phase) in a compact 0U vertical form-factor. It offers 42 outlets — 24 IEC C13 and 18 high-retention IEC C39 combo outlets (which accept both C14 and C20 connectors) — giving you flexible connectivity while reducing the number of PDUs needed.This unit integrates advanced management: built-in gigabit network module, outlet-level metering, switching control, cascade capability (up to 40 units per network link) and industry-leading cybersecurity features including secure firmware boot and chain-of-trust protection. In practice you’d choose the EVMA1530X when deploying a 42-U rack of servers, storage and network gear where you want full visibility and control of power delivery — remote reboot, load-balance by colour-coded outlet banks, and embed it into your DCIM or automation workflow.
