Overview

The Eaton EVMI4609X is a high-capacity vertical rack PDU designed for enterprise and colocation data-centre racks requiring metered input, dense outlet configurations and modern network-module management. It handles 3-phase 208 V input delivering up to 17.3 kW/48 A and provides 42 output ports (24 IEC C13 plus 18 Eaton “C39 combo” which accept both C14 and C20 plugs)  The unit mounts 0U vertically in a 42U rack, leaving full rack space for revenue-generating IT equipment  It suits use in distributed racks, enterprise server rooms or modular data-centre deployments where advanced metering, remote monitoring and cybersecurity protection are required. The embedded Eaton Gigabit Network Module (G4) supports remote monitoring, daisy-chaining up to 40 units off one network connection and integrates with Eaton’s Brightlayer Data Centers software for real-time power/energy alerts
