The Eaton N254-024-SH is a shielded 24-port feed-through network patch panel engineered for structured cabling installations. It is deployed by network engineers and infrastructure teams to terminate, organize, and interconnect horizontal copper cabling in rack-mounted environments. It eliminates the need for punch-down termination on the rear of the panel, simplifying installation and moves/adds/changes.
Technically, this panel conforms to Cat6 specifications and is backward-compatible with Cat5/Cat5e cabling standards. It provides 24 fully shielded RJ45 feed-through ports and a 1U form factor designed for EIA-standard 19" racks or wall-mount hinged racks. Shielding supports improved EMI/RFI control in high-noise environments.
