The NVIDIA 980-9IAM3-00X003 is a 1600 Gbps OSFP active copper direct-attach cable designed for high-bandwidth switch-to-switch and switch-to-GPU server connectivity in AI and HPC fabrics. It delivers ultra-high throughput with low latency using integrated active copper technology and PAM4 signaling. The 3-meter length supports rack-level interconnects while maintaining signal integrity at XDR speeds. It is commonly deployed in NVIDIA Quantum-X800 InfiniBand and high-density data center environments.
