Overview :
The Eaton SR2POST13 is a 13U, two-post open frame rack designed to provide an economical and efficient solution for organizing 19-inch rack-mount equipment in environments with limited space. This robust rack addresses the challenge of managing network, server, and UPS hardware by offering a streamlined, accessible structure for equipment consolidation. It is particularly well-suited for secure IT closets, telecommunications rooms, or small data centers where a lockable enclosure is not a primary requirement but robust equipment support is essential. Constructed from heavy-duty aluminum, the SR2POST13 safely supports up to 800 pounds of rack-mount equipment, ensuring a stable foundation for critical infrastructure. Its design incorporates 12-24 threaded and numbered mounting positions, simplifying equipment installation and ensuring precise alignment. The black textured powder-coat finish not only provides a professional aesthetic but also offers resistance against scratches, maintaining its appearance over time in operational settings. The rack features a self-squaring design and bolt-down provisions, facilitating straightforward assembly using standard hand tools and enhancing overall stability. Its open frame structure allows for easy access to equipment and cabling, streamlining maintenance and modifications. Multiple SR2POST13 units can be bolted together side-by-side, offering a scalable solution for expanding IT environments and enabling customized configurations as infrastructure needs evolve.
