The Eaton 9PX3K3UNP2G2 (9PX Generation 2 Series) is a 3000VA/3000W online double-conversion uninterruptible power supply (UPS) bundled with a 9PXPPDM1G2 PowerPass Distribution Module. IT infrastructure managers, telecom engineers, and data center procurement teams deploy this system to achieve continuous power protection for critical blade servers, enterprise storage arrays, and voice-over-IP networks.
The system utilizes an online double-conversion architecture that eliminates power cross-over lag by continuously converting incoming AC to DC and back to an isolated pure sine wave. Operating at unity (1.0) power factor, it provides equal wattage output to matching volt-amperes, maximizing available rack power. The included PPDM module delivers a native maintenance bypass configuration, enabling administrators to hot-swap or service the main UPS chassis without cutting power to downstream computing hardware.
Occupying a combined 5U space in standard 19-inch 4-post racks, this unit can also deploy as a self-standing tower. The input configuration requires a fixed NEMA L6-30P connection to distribute a split-phase 120V and 208V AC network.
