Overview
The Ubiquiti ECS-24S-PoE Enterprise Campus 24S PoE is a 1U, full-depth Layer 3 managed switch designed for high-capacity enterprise networks. It combines 24 PoE+++ Ethernet ports with 25G SFP28 and 100G QSFP28 uplinks, switch stacking, Etherlighting™, and redundant hot-swappable power and cooling modules.
Port Configuration
The switch provides 1× 1GbE RJ45 port, 8× 2.5GbE RJ45 PoE+++ ports, and 16× 10GbE RJ45 PoE+++ ports. Uplink connectivity consists of 4× 25G SFP28 ports and 2× 100G QSFP28 ports, with a dedicated console interface and out-of-band management capability.
Layer 3 Networking
Enterprise switching features include inter-VLAN routing, static routing, DHCP server and relay functions, ACLs, 802.1X control, DHCP snooping and guarding, MAC-based device isolation, and support for up to 1,000 VLANs. LACP, stacking, cross-stack LAG, STP/RSTP, QoS, and advanced IGMP functions are also supported.
PoE and Power
All 24 Ethernet ports support PoE+++, with up to 90W of PoE output per port. The available PoE budget depends on the installed power modules and input-voltage configuration, reaching up to 2,250W in 200–240V AC shared mode with two 1,200W modules. The specified 1050W configuration uses two 600W hot-swappable power modules.
