Detailed Specifications
NETGEAR SC101TNA Network Storage Enclosure Central Turbo
Overview :
The NETGEAR SC101TNA Storage Central Turbo is a network storage enclosure designed for two internal 3.5-inch SATA hard drives. It connects to the network through Gigabit Ethernet and allows supported Windows systems to access network storage as local drives.
The enclosure supports two SATA drives and provides RAID 1 mirroring for data protection. It uses a 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 Ethernet interface and supports TCP/IP, DHCP, and SANSAN/Z-SAN storage connectivity.
This is a legacy network-storage product intended primarily for older Windows environments. NETGEAR documentation lists Windows 2000 and Windows XP requirements, so it should not be selected for a modern NAS deployment without confirming operating-system and software compatibility.
Key Features :
- Supports two internal 3.5-inch SATA hard drives
- Gigabit Ethernet provides up to 1000 Mbps network connectivity
- RAID 1 mirroring provides protection against one drive failure
- Network drives can appear as local storage on supported Windows systems
- Compact enclosure supports standalone network storage deployments
