Overview
The Intellinet 342490 is a Category 6 U/UTP Ethernet patch cable designed for high-speed copper network connections between switches, routers, patch panels, servers, and other RJ45-enabled devices. Its 7-foot length provides flexible connectivity for structured cabling, enterprise LANs, and data center rack installations.
The cable supports data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps with a maximum operating frequency of 250 MHz. It features 24 AWG stranded conductors, gold-plated RJ45 contacts, snag-free molded boots, and supports all PoE standards up to IEEE 802.3bt (PoE++ / 4PPoE / Ultra PoE).
Designed for enterprise networking, server rooms, and telecommunications infrastructure, the cable is compatible with standard RJ45 Ethernet equipment and is backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 installations. It should not be used where shielded Ethernet cabling or fiber-optic connectivity is required.
