Overview :

The Intel E810XXVDA2OCP3G is a server-grade Intel Ethernet Network Adapter based on the Intel Ethernet Controller E810, designed for data center servers, cloud infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and high-throughput enterprise networking environments. It is built for workloads requiring high bandwidth, ultra-low latency, and advanced hardware offload capabilities.

This adapter provides dual-port 25GbE connectivity using SFP28 interfaces with support for 25/10/1GbE operation per port. It uses a PCIe 4.0 x8 host interface, enabling high-speed data transfer between the server CPU and network fabric. The OCP 3.0 form factor is optimized for modern hyperscale and modular server architectures where standardized mezzanine networking is required.

It supports optical fiber, DAC, and AOC connectivity via SFP28 modules, making it flexible for short-range and long-range data center deployments. The adapter includes Intel virtualization and data acceleration technologies such as SR-IOV, VMDq, and intelligent offloads, along with RDMA support (RoCEv2 and iWARP) for storage and HPC workloads. It is not intended for desktop systems and requires compatible server OCP 3.0 slots with proper airflow design.
