Overview

The HPE 879667‑001 is a server‑network adapter engineered for high‑throughput and low‑latency environments such as high‑performance computing (HPC), AI/ML clusters and dense data‑centre clouds. It features two QSFP ports with support for 40‑Gb/s and 50‑Gb/s Ethernet or InfiniBand FDR‑fabric connectivity, allowing a dual‑port link that can drive up to 100 Gb/s combined bandwidth. The card installs in a PCI Express 3.0 ×8 slot and is compatible with select HPE ProLiant servers.
