The HPE P11585‑001 (QL41401‑A2G) is a dual‑port 10 Gigabit Ethernet Network Adapter implementing SFP+ fiber interfaces and the Mellanox ConnectX‑4 Lx chipset. Designed for HPE ProLiant Gen8/Gen9/Gen10 and Apollo systems, it delivers high-bandwidth and low-latency connectivity over two independent 10 GbE links. With a PCI Express 3.0 ×8 host interface, this card supports virtualization-heavy environments, storage networking, and clustered workloads. It provides advanced networking capabilities via offload support and flexible deployment across virtualization, SMB Direct, and overlay networking needs.

Powered by the Mellanox ConnectX‑4 Lx architecture, this adapter enables hardware offloads including RoCE/RoCEv2 for RDMA-based designs, iWARP, SR‑IOV virtualization, and VXLAN/NVGRE/Geneve tunnel offloads. It supports jumbo frames up to ~9.6 KB, VLAN tagging, LACP (link aggregation), IPv6, and QoS backpressure features. Additional support includes RSS, TSO/LSO, MSI-X interrupts, PXE boot, VMQ, and DPDK acceleration for improved VM density and reduced CPU overhead. Firmware secure-boot integration with HPE servers ensures authenticated updates and enhanced system integrity.
