This service plan delivers 24/5 direct technical support via phone and web portal, backed by Advanced Next Business Day (NBD) hardware replacement. Coverage includes routing performance optimization, dual-WAN failover configuration assistance, VPN deployment guidance, and remote platform support for NETGEAR Insight and Engage Controller.

Engineered for deployment across corporate branch facilities, commercial AV-over-IP networks, multi-tenant commercial nodes, and high-speed data center edge environments.

Fully compatible with the NETGEAR PR460X 10G/Multi-Gigabit Dual-WAN Pro Router. Do NOT use this service agreement for non-PR460X hardware models or for mission-critical deployments requiring 24/7 coverage with 2-hour SLA replacement (requires Overdrive Support tier instead).
