Overview :

The NETGEAR SPR-MS510TXM-36 is an 8-port Multi-Gigabit/10G Smart Managed Pro Switch engineered to remove bandwidth bottlenecks in modern business and data center environments. Network engineers and IT procurement teams deploy this unit to connect high-speed edge equipment, such as WiFi 6 access points, network-attached storage (NAS) units, and high-performance workstations, without replacing existing Cat5e or Cat6 cabling.

Equipped with four 1G/2.5G ports, four 1G/2.5G/5G/10G ports, and two dedicated 10G SFP+ fiber uplink ports, this switch delivers a non-blocking switching bandwidth of 140 Gbps and a forwarding rate of 14.8 Mpps. Power is supplied through an internal power source consuming a maximum of 47W under full line-rate traffic.

Designed for flexible deployment in 1U rackmount or desktop configurations, the unit operates efficiently across branch offices, edge data racks, and small-to-medium enterprise server rooms. It features static L2+ routing, dynamic VLAN assignment, and optional centralized control via the NETGEAR Insight Cloud Management platform. This model does not supply Power over Ethernet (PoE); do not deploy this specific model if end devices require direct PoE/PoE+ power over copper.
