The APC NBES0306 NetBotz Vibration Sensor is a wired motion sensor designed to detect rack or cabinet movement—ideal for flagging unauthorized tampering or seismic tremors. Equipped with a 12-foot RJ‑45 cable, it provides early vibration alerts to protect critical IT assets.

Once plugged into a compatible NetBotz appliance (250A, 750, or 755 series), the sensor is auto-detected, offering plug-and-play ease.It incorporates a piezoelectric film element calibrated to detect meaningful motion—such as rack shifts—while ignoring minor disturbances like foot traffic  

Advanced Options

The cable is extendable up to 100 feet using CAT5/6 infrastructure, allowing flexible placement in and around racks or rooms .
